Carol made shortbread in the solar oven at Ecojustice Camp, and topped it with a compote made from plums picked at camp, along with some local apricots bought at the farmers market.

Actually, it was just apricots and raspberries from the grocery store dumpster. The two don’t really complement each other, though.
I thought they tasted pretty good….
